By creating an account or using BrownfieldFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BrownfieldFlow is provided by BrownfieldFlow ("we," "us," or "our").
BrownfieldFlow is a cloud-based compliance and project tracking platform for environmental contractors and consultants. The Service includes tools for tracking remediation projects, managing compliance deadlines, generating reports, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the Service. BrownfieldFlow is a tracking tool and does not provide legal, regulatory, or environmental consulting advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Plan limits (project counts, feature access) are enforced based on your subscription tier.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malicious code or content; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other users; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or (e) interfere with the Service's operation or security.

The "BrownfieldFlow" name and logo are trademarks of BrownfieldFlow. You may not use the BrownfieldFlow name, logo, or any related marks without our prior written consent. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or distribute any portion of the Service — including screenshots, text, graphics, or interface designs — for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compliance deadlines or alerts will always be accurate or timely. You should not rely solely on BrownfieldFlow for regulatory compliance verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrownfieldFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, regulatory penalties, or project delays arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
